Brief Tour Itinerary
(Note that the dates and/or times are merely estimated and may vary depending on weather and road conditions. Accommodation and flight availability may also affect any dates and/or scheduled times):
- Arrive via your flight from either Johannesburg or Cape Town at Upington Airport. Here you will take a shuttle or arranged transport to your lodge, guesthouse or hotel. Please note that flights, accommodation and shuttle services need to be arranged by visitors themselves.
- The next morning between 08:00 and 09:00 you will be picked up for your drive to any of the parks and or fishing venue as per tour packages selected. These drives can be time consuming from 2 to 4 hours depending on weather and road conditions as well as activities selected on the way. Contact us for a list of en-route activities you wish to add on your tour.
- You will arrive at the main entrance gates to parks where you will be dropped off at the accommodation venue as part of tour package selected.
- Your guide/driver will pick you up and hour earlier before gates open to allow enough time to pack up all luggages and perhaps get a few snacks/water for the game drive.
- You will spend the entire day driving trough the bush to your next location. Breaks may be taken in between drives as per your requirements or requests. Dinner will be an all unforgettable braai (barbeque) to the taste of true African flavours on the barbeque.
- Depending on tour duration you will depart the last day for Upington and be dropped off at your pre-book accommodation venue. From here you will take arrange transport or shuttle service to the airport for your departure flight back home.
